Because of heavy traffic in adoptions 3 attemps will be made to contact the person putting the turtle or tortoise up for adoption. If you do not respond to emails or phone calls we will assume you no longer need our services.
Turtle Homes does not guarantee that the new owners will want to stay in contact with the old owners. Just like with the adoption of children, some do and some do not. If you would like to stay in contact with your tortoise you may request that your information be forwarded to the new owner, but it would be their responsibility and decision to initiate contact. Turtle Homes will tell you the State, town, arrival date and initial status of your turtle and/or tortoise as we do require people to contact us when the animal arrives. | |
